Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Delta Labs platform at delta-labs.co ("Service") operated by Delta Labs LLC ("Delta Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Delta Labs helps Shopify merchants identify product-page optimization opportunities, prepare experiments on hidden alternate templates without overwriting the published product template, and measure results using order-linked metrics. Profit-per-session reporting is an estimate based on a configured margin assumption; when no margin is configured, the calculation uses order revenue as a proxy. You must approve an experiment before shoppers can be routed to its variants. Any permanent theme change remains a separate merchant decision.
Features, pricing, and availability may change as the Service evolves. Certain features or plans may be offered without charge, on a trial basis, or under a separate written agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms apply to every version of the Service.
Eligibility
You must operate a valid Shopify store using a standard Online Store 2.0 Liquid theme. Headless and Hydrogen storefronts are not supported. You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials.
Shopify connection
Connecting a store requires authorizing our Shopify app via OAuth. You may disconnect at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Uninstall revokes stored API credentials and disconnects the workspace. While Shopify access remains available, Delta also attempts to remove its web pixel and registered app-owned hidden template files. Because Shopify may revoke access before the uninstall webhook finishes, pixel and theme-asset removal is best-effort, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. You remain responsible for your storefront content and compliance with applicable laws.
Fees and billing
Current plan availability and prices are described on our pricing page. Some plans or features may be offered without charge. Any paid subscription is billed as disclosed when you subscribe.
Delta Labs does not sell subscriptions on delta-labs.co and does not accept payment by email or off-platform checkout. Paid subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, and payments are handled only through Shopify's app billing in your Shopify Admin (Shopify App Pricing / Billing API). Shopify's terms apply to those charges.
Service disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC CONVERSION OR PROFIT OUTCOMES.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Delta Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
